We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation we are experiencing processing delays of 4-5 business days prior to shipping and cannot guarantee expected order arrival dates at this time. While we are doing everything we can to safely maintain business operations, please note we are adjusting daily as necessary. We sincerely thank you for your patience and support at this time. 

RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the premium fabrics and craftsmanship required to make each of our unique, handmade products.  All sales are final, and products sold are not returnable, exchangeable, refundable or available for store credit.

However, if you believe that one of our products was defective when you received it, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than ten (10) days after receiving the product, at nicole@ruthnathans.com or 404-907-3711 so that we can assist you.
